payment policies
PT SESSION PAYMENTS
You'll need to pay at least 24 hours before your first session.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
For scheduled personal training sessions, we require a cancellation notice of 24 hours to receive a full refund for the class or session.
For virtual or online programs, all sales are final. Contact me for exceptions.
Spectating

Monthly: $100
Having your parents or kids join? We’ll drop the price even more to just $80 per family member! Message or talk to us in person about it
Non participating individuals are welcome to hang out while you are training. If you are looking to put your kid into some training, the minimum age is 16 years old!

We are a growing gym, providing quality equipment and training for you! Any donations are greatly appreciated and go directly back to your services. Not everyone can afford training even though they want to do it! Donations also help pay for people training who truly cannot afford to take classes or PT.
